Scope of Services

Payment & Billing
Before commencing any project, an upfront advance payment (usually 50% of the total project cost) is required. The remaining balance must be cleared in milestones or strictly prior to the final delivery. The project source code and final assets will only be handed over to the client once the full payment is complete. We support various secure local and international payment gateways.
Project Delivery & Revisions
We are committed to delivering projects within the agreed timeline. However, deadlines may be reasonably adjusted due to third-party API issues, server downtimes, or if major new requirements are added by the client during the development phase. After delivery, clients are entitled to a specific number of free design revisions. Requesting entirely new features outside the initial agreement will incur additional charges.
Support & Maintenance
After a project is successfully delivered and goes live, we provide free technical support for a specific period to address any unexpected bugs or minor issues. Once this period expires, clients can opt for our premium paid support and maintenance packages for long-term updates and technical assistance.
